1. Plan Cancellation
Customers can cancel their hosting subscription at any time by logging into their account and submitting a cancellation request from the dashboard or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
Upon cancellation:
- Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle (unless requested otherwise).
- Auto-renewal will be stopped immediately.
- No further payments will be charged.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:
- 100% Refund is available if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the original purchase.
- No refund will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The refund applies only to hosting services. Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, CDN, add-ons, and third-party services are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (via payment gateway) within 7–10 business days.
3. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests under the following circumstances:
- If services were used for malicious, illegal, or abusive activities.
- If more than 50% of the resource quota (bandwidth, disk space) was consumed.
- If prior warnings were issued regarding policy violations or misuse.
4. Auto-Renewal and Reminders
- All hosting plans are set to auto-renew by default unless manually turned off.
- Renewal reminders are sent via email before the renewal date.
- Users are responsible for cancelling their plans if they no longer wish to continue.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a cancellation or refund request:
- Login to your customer dashboard at https://thefastwp.com/login
- Navigate to Billing > Subscriptions
- Click Cancel Plan and follow on-screen instructions
- Alternatively, email us at [email protected] with your order ID and reason for cancellation
6. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page. We encourage users to review it periodically.
