3. Billing and Payments
- All services are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) via approved gateways.
- Plans are either monthly or annually renewable.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default and can be disabled from the user dashboard.

4. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to use our services for illegal, malicious, or unethical activities.
- You may not host or transmit content that is:
- Harmful, defamatory, or abusive
- Spam or phishing-related
- In violation of intellectual property laws
We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in such activities without prior notice.
5. Data Security and Backups
- While we take industry-standard measures to secure your data, you are responsible for maintaining local backups of critical files.
- TheFastWP will not be liable for any data loss caused by third-party hacks, customer error, or service interruptions.
6. Uptime Guarantee
- We strive to offer 99.9% uptime on all hosting services.
- Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect uptime.
- Downtime due to external causes (e.g., DDoS attacks, domain DNS misconfiguration) is not covered by the uptime SLA.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, code, and materials provided by TheFastWP are our intellectual property.
- Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our hosting platform or tools without prior written consent.
8. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the service with or without cause by providing notice.
- TheFastWP may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment or violation of our policies.
- Upon termination, access to hosting services and data may be revoked.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheFastWP is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Downtime caused by external vendors or user error
- Security breaches arising from weak user credentials
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the last 6 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
